A New Version of TimelyBill is Available! A significant number of features have been added since the last "General Availability" version of TimelyBill was released. If you have upgraded to an interim version of TimelyBill in the past year, then you might already have some of these features. If not, then everything on this list may be new to your organization.

Highlights from TimelyBill's March 2021 Release. We've been busy!  We have just launched a major release as part of our continuous effort to make the best telecom billing / OSS application available. 2021 highlights include: New Features: File Importer can schedule importing of files such as lockbox files, notes, refunds, and adjustments. Customer Messaging allows configurable, scheduled recurring emails to be sent to customers. This can be used to automate tasks such as annual service renewal reminders and credit card expirations or provide help service reminders after a period of activity. The new "Ticket Closer" allows for automated closing of trouble tickets based on any query of data in TimelyBill. i.e., change status to closed after three days in pending close with no customer notes. Bill now supports setting international country

New TimelyBill Features Released

New Feature Highlights from TimelyBill's March 2019 Release. As part of our continuous effort to make the best telecom billing platform on the market, we have just launched a major release.  TimelyBill software enhancements include: Usability Updates Modernized interface now adapts to multiple device widths (i.e., phone, tablet, laptop, etc.). Upgraded more than fifty data search page grids: New touch-friendly sorting, column selection, and filters. New query builder for complex grid filtering. Quote Module Updates Templates now support secondary addresses, allowing the display of A and Z locations. Tax calculations can be selectively enabled or disabled. Ticketing  Updates The inbound email processor automatically adds CC email addresses to the ticket replies. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  Updates Organization ID is now visible in the customer account status bar. Workflow Module  Updates Workflow rules engine supports email addres

New High-Availability Capability for TimelyBill

TimelyBill is excited to announce the addition of a new high-availability capability! TimelyBill’s primary data center infrastructure is already N+1 to N+5 on all key hardware, power supplies, and bandwidth.  This new functionality is related to database availability.  Each TimelyBill customer has both a production and stage database instance.  These instances are unique to a customer and not shared.
